Phil and Kirsten are experienced local church leaders with a passion to see the transforming power of God at work in the lives of people.
Phil’s background is in corporate leadership and the not for profit sector in aid and development. He has a passion for entrepreneurial leadership and strategic planning.
Kirsten’s background is in teaching and she has vast experience in church ministry, leadership and spiritual formation.
They are gifted at translating the Good News of the grace of God into local church plans and community initiatives. Additionally, they both serve as Chaplains in the Army and Phil is a member of the ACC State Executive in Victoria. Together they have six children and enjoy spending time with their family.

We believe the Church should represent the nature of God and the reality of Jesus Christ. He is a God of blessing, acceptance, love and grace. Jesus came to position us in this reality, for everyday life. We believe that God loves you and is for you in every way!
